There is a Freephone Number 0800 464 0000 which will put your through to the bi-lingual Contact Centre. The centre is open between 7am – 8pm daily, throughout the year.

Traveline offers a free bi-lingual mobile app, which will allow you to plan your journey, as well as find timetables and bus stops on the go. The app is currently available on iPhone and some Android devices.

The Welsh Ambulance Service’s Patient Care Service can arrange free transport to and from routine outpatient appointments at clinics, hospitals and day centres, for patients who are unable for medical reasons, able make their own way to and from their medical appointments at clinics, hospitals and day centres.
