What is Community Transport?

At Dolen Teifi Community Transport, we help people stay connected to their communities.

Using volunteer drivers, community vehicles and local partnerships, we provide affordable and accessible transport across Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire — helping people reach appointments, shopping, community activities and everyday services.

As public transport services have reduced in many rural areas, community transport has become increasingly important. Working alongside local communities and Community Hubs, we help fill the gaps and support people to remain independent, active and connected.
